01 · Challenge
The brief.
TaskFlow is a productivity app designed to help users organise daily tasks, set priorities and manage progress without turning task management into another source of clutter. The goal was to create a minimal, intuitive experience that still supported the core tools users need to plan and navigate their day efficiently.
02 · Approach
The thinking.
We focused on balancing simplicity with functionality, using consistent layouts, clear navigation and a restrained visual system across the experience. The onboarding flow was designed to introduce the product without overwhelming new users, while iterative prototyping helped refine interactions around task management, progress tracking and the calendar. Typography and colour were also considered carefully to preserve readability within the more expressive gradient-led interface.

03 · Outcome
The result.
TaskFlow brings everyday planning, prioritisation and progress tracking into one streamlined productivity experience.
- Clear daily task organisation
- Priority-based task management
- Progress tracking for ongoing work
- Integrated calendar and planning tools
The experience was structured around reducing friction between planning and action. Core functions were kept easy to reach, while consistent layouts and interaction patterns helped the interface remain predictable as users moved between tasks, progress and scheduling.
The result is a concept product that balances a clean visual identity with practical usability, creating a productivity experience that feels lightweight without becoming feature-thin.
